Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Stempel IT (hereinafter "Provider") and the user regarding the use of the IMGFlow service.
Subject of Contract
The provider offers the user a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that automatically generates alt texts for images on websites.
The service includes
Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use the service. The user warrants that all data provided during registration is truthful and complete.
The user is obliged to keep their login credentials secret and protect them from unauthorized access.
Scope of Services and Credits
The scope of available services depends on the chosen plan. Alt text generation is based on a credit system.
Note: Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and are not carried over unless otherwise agreed.
Prices and Payment
Prices
Current prices are available on the website. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is made in advance. For recurring payments, the amount is automatically collected at the due date.
Availability
The provider strives for the highest possible availability of the service. 100% availability cannot be technically guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
Usage Rights
The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the contractual relationship in accordance with these GTC.
Alt texts generated by the service may be used by the user without restriction for their websites.

Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, the provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence.
Note: Automatically generated alt texts are created to the best of our knowledge. However, the provider does not guarantee their accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.
Contract Duration and Termination
Ordinary Termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated with one month's notice at the end of the billing period.
Extraordinary Termination
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to GTC
The provider reserves the right to change these GTC. Changes will be communicated to the user at least four weeks before they take effect. If the user does not object within four weeks of receiving the change notification, the amended GTC are deemed accepted.
Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
